1. Services and Pricing

• All services listed on www.projecthelpglobal.com (is a unit of GETTING ROOTS COACHING & TRAINING PRIVATE LIMITED) along with their descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any services at any time.
• The images of these services shown on the website are only for suggestive purposes.
• All the services listed on www.projecthelpglobal.com are subject to the availability of writers of the domain and service type suggested. If there is any issue regarding the unavailability of a writer for the allocated service type, we ensure that your money will be refunded in full in case we have not been able to complete the order or else you will be rewarded with the future service option with us.

2. Orders & Acceptance of Orders

• The orders on www.projecthelpglobal.com can only be placed online. Once the payment of services is made online by the customer, the delivery process commences.
• At the time of placing the order, you must provide the following accurate details of the recipient-

  2. Address of the receiver
  3. Mobile Number
  4. Email ID of the receiver
• As we have a collaboration with the PayPal gateway, we follow its strict instructions regarding the payment of the orders. The customer must not have indulged in online fraudulent activities before.
• Your order will not be accepted until www.projecthelpglobal.com sends you the order confirmation receipt for the order.

4. Methods of Placing the Orders

• Online – Customers can place orders on the website and make the payment only through below below-mentioned modes of online payment.

5. Duplicate Orders

If you placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered.

If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable, we will not dispatch the order. Orders of this nature will be subject to cancellation if confirmation is not received within a 5-day period.

6. Revision Policies

We offer free revision policies up to 5 days from the delivery of your order and for special cases when your supervisor or teachers have advised you to make changes or revisions to the order. We also guarantee a good grade through your orders and in case the minimum grade guarantee is not achieved, your order will be refunded in full or you will be given a future service option of the same amount that was initially placed by you.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions, if www.projecthelpglobal.com initiates a refund, it takes 7-10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
