Return & Refund Policy

A return of the amount will ONLY be possible if you place a 6-hour delivery order that could not be allocated to the writer as we cannot guarantee the completion of orders within 6 hours. In such cases, the amount will be returned in full.

For 24-hour delivery orders, we do not guarantee the allocation of the order to Top Writer if you opt for the Top Writer service as it will be subject to the availability of the writer only. If not allocated to the writer requested, you will be informed and the amount will be returned in full.

Refund Process & Guidelines

Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the order for the above-mentioned issues. You must send an email to us at info@projecthelpglobal.com to notify us.

Order amount can be refunded within 5 days from the time of receipt of the request made at the customer's end.

Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a refund of the amount equivalent to the amount of the order placed by you.

Returns will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of within 48 hours of placing orders with any of the above issues.
